Emmanuel has more than 25 years of experience in running, financing and restructuring companies, mainly done in a sovereign environment.
Emmanuel brings over 25 years of experience as CEO, managing director and investment manager in the wholesale, retail and digital, fashion and consumer goods.
Prior to joining GSA as general manager, he’s been head of strategy and investments for GPG (Groupe Philippe Ginestet – founding Chairman of Gifi). He set up and developed Philippe Ginestet’s family office where he carried out twenty corporate investments and several real estate investments and supervised the Group’s banking pool.
In an earlier engagement, he was CEO of Agora Distribution (Groupe Eram’s low prices division – TATI, Giga Store & Fabio Lucci retail chains) – 500 M€ turnover, 180 stores, 4.000 employees.
He started his career in the retail business as CEO of Giga Store, a successful LBO, conducted with La Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations.
Emmanuel graduated from EM Lyon as well as DESCF (post graduate accounting and finance degree).
