Edouard has an extensive experience on a variety of private and public management issues such as fiscal policy, investment in innovation and infrastructure and M&A.
Prior to joining GSA, Edouard worked at SouthBridge and executed several transactions in Africa.
Before that, Edouard was the Strategy and Finance Director of a sovereign fund dedicated to innovation to foster French potential growth, with transactions in industry, renewable energy, digital, education and research. He served previously for 4 years at the Budget Directory of the French Ministry of Finance. Since 2012, Edouard has been a sessional lecturer in Public finance at Sciences Po Paris.
